Exchange & Return Policy
Please review our Exchange & Return Policy for guidelines on exchanges, size changes, and non-returnable items to ensure a smooth process.
1. General Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges if the returns tag is attached and the item is in an unwashed, unaltered, and unworn condition. Items must be returned within 3 days of receiving your order.
2. Steps to Exchange Sizes or Return Items
Notify Us: Inform us immediately upon receiving your parcel.
Check Requirements: Ensure the item meets the exchange requirements.
3. Exchange Size Policy
a) Size Only
- Exchanges are allowed for size changes only (not design changes).
- The item must have its original tag and be unwashed and unworn.
- Sale or discounted items are not eligible for exchange
b) Exchange Size Reservation
- Preferred exchange sizes will not be reserved until we receive your returned item.
c) Timeframe
- Exchanges must be completed within 3 days of receiving the item.
- No requests will be entertained after this period.
- Processing for exchanges and returns may take up to 14 working days.
d) Customer Responsibility
- All return and delivery charges are to be borne by the customer.
e) Walk-In Exchanges
- Exchanges can be done by appointment.
4. Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items
a) Sale and Markdown Items : Not eligible for returns or exchanges.
b) Damaged, Marked, or Altered Items : Items without the original price tag will not be
accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
c) Essential Items : Items such as accessory and inner are non-returnable.
d) Pre-Order Items : Non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and non-returnable.
